Learning to run a business has never been so easy
Traceability and evaluation
Without conditioning your experience
Empresaula does not stop growing
Since we started in 2012, they have passed through the platform:
Not stay with the doubts.
These and others are the typical questions that overcome when planning simulation in the classroom.
Is it difficult to make the simulation?
No one can deny that simulation has an initial learning curve until the teaching team learns the dynamics, but the reality is that running a company is not easy! What we do at Empresaula is to prevent tools from getting in the way of your day-to-day life or the students', offering a complete and intuitive interface to facilitate your work.
What are the first steps?
The first thing you can do if you still have doubts is to contact us through our inquiry form, by email or by calling us at 650 72 86 81. If you are convinced, you can register through the registration form and we will contact you as soon as possible to proceed with the registration, which is usually done in less than 24 hours. From there, you can start working on your own or you can request the first technical advice session (included in the cost of the platform).
Am I in time to start this course?
In general, it will depend a bit on your expectations and experience. Our centers usually start between September and mid-November. We also have a school that does intensive experiences between April and May. If you have already worked with simulation before and you have a clear roadmap throughout the academic year, there should be no problem regardless of when you start. On the contrary, if you do not have experience, it may be harder to start and you will not be able to take full advantage of the tools offered by the platform, but it's still useful to prepare the ground for the next course.
How many students do I add in each company?
Each teacher knows their class group and therefore will be able to balance the teams better than we can do it without knowing the students. That said, from Empresaula we recommend about 10 students per company (2 per department), although the platform does not impose any criteria. It is for this reason that we have centers that perhaps only have one student per department or even only have 1 to manage the entire company. Of course, the fewer students, the more workload. We consider that more than 10 students complicates the management of tasks since it implies that it must receive a lot of work to be distributed correctly.
How does the sales and purchases between simulated companies work?
Similar to a 'normal' company in the sense that your students will want to buy a product that they have seen in another the web of the network companies, they will get in touch through the platform's email , they will receive a budget from the students of the other simulated company and, if they accept it, they will receive a delivery note, an invoice, and they will make the payment through the online bank... This would be just a simplified version but that explains the process that the companies end up following to make purchases and sales. We recommend having at least a couple of simulated companies for your students to practice with each other, at first.
